Ticketing FAQ

The ticket covers a 10-course Chinese banquet, an exciting programme curated for the evening, an exclusive table gift, and a specially crafted 120th Anniversary commemorative book.

Here are the steps of ordering:

1. Submit your order through the 120th Anniversary Celebration Dinner Online Ordering System: https://community.ssgcaa.org.hk/collections/ssgc120dinner
2. You will receive an email with the subject "Order #xxxx Received (Pending Payment)" from SSGC 120th Anniversary Celebration Dinner (dinner@120.ssgc.edu.hk). This email will list all purchased items, including tickets, celebration souvenirs (if any), sponsorship placements (if any), and the total amount payable.
3. Please follow the payment instructions listed in your email to make your payment within 7 business days.
4. Once payment has been received and verified (and you have subscribed to email order status updates), an email with the subject "Order Confirmed (Payment Received)" will be sent to your registered email address within 14 business days.
5. Along with your payment confirmation, you will receive a second email with the subject "Your Electronic Ticket(s) for SSGC 120th Anniversary Celebration Dinner", including your electronic ticket(s), each with a unique QR code. Please note that no physical tickets will be issued. Kindly check your spam or junk folder if you do not receive the emails in your inbox.
6. Please present your electronic ticket with the QR code for check-in on the event day.

Please transfer the total amount stated in your “Order #XXXX Received (Payment Pending)” email using one of the options below:

Please reply to your order confirmation email with your payment slip, and include your order number and phone number in the email for reference.

In the event that you are unable to attend, please be aware that we do not offer refunds. However, you are welcome to find a replacement to take your spot. We appreciate your understanding.

The purchaser will receive all electronic tickets for the order, if it is the only email provided during purchase. Each ticket contains a unique QR code. The purchaser is responsible for distributing the electronic tickets to the respective guests. Each QR code can only be used once for check-in.

If you would like each attendee to receive their own tickets, please make sure to fill-in their email addresses when ordering by unchecking the "Use the same information for all tickets in this order." checkbox.

Each table seats 12 guests.

If your group has fewer than 12 guests, we may need to allocate the remaining seats to other guests or, where necessary, split your group across different tables.

If you would like to sit together exclusively at one table, please purchase a Standard Table (12 seats).

Unfortunately not. Each table can accommodate a maximum of 12 guests only.

When placing your order, please choose one of the following identifications:

1. Alumna
2. Current Parent/ Student
3. Former Parent/ Friend

We will make every effort to seat guests with others from the same identification.

For example:

• If you register as an Alumna, we will try to arrange your seating with fellow alumnae.
• If you register as a Current Parent/ Student, we will try to arrange your seating with other current parents and students.

While every effort will be made to accommodate seating preferences, arrangements cannot be guaranteed.

Thank you for your support! Sponsorship Placement is not a donation, hence, no tax-deductible receipt will be given.
