Pre-orders for celebration souvenirs will close on 30th November 2026. Please note that some items may sell out before the deadline due to limited quantities.
No - ordering the souvenirs in the same transaction as or a separate transaction from the dinner tickets are both welcome. You may purchase your dinner ticket and souvenirs in the same transaction, or return to the online ordering system at any time to place a souvenir order separately, provided your order is submitted before the deadline.
After submitting your order through the SSGC 120th Anniversary Celebration Dinner Online Ordering System, you will receive an email titled "Order #XXX Received (Pending Payment)" from SSGC 120th Anniversary Celebration Dinner (dinner@120.ssgc.edu.hk). The email will contain details of your order and the total amount payable.
The total amount payable could be settled by bank transfer or FPS with the following details:

Once payment has been received and verified, an email titled "Order Confirmed (Payment Received)" will be sent to your registered email address within 14 days.
Pre-ordered souvenirs need to be collected in person on 20th December 2026 at the dinner venue. Please present your order confirmation upon collection. A valid dinner ticket is also required to access the collection counter which will be located inside the event venue.
These souvenirs are intended as keepsakes for event guests and will only be distributed at the event venue. If you are unable to attend, you may arrange for an event guest to purchase and collect the souvenirs on your behalf.
No. All souvenirs are available by pre-order only and will not be sold at the venue.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept order modifications, cancellations, or refund requests once an order has been submitted.
You do not need to cancel your pre-order. You may authorize another dinner guest to collect the souvenirs on your behalf.
Additional inventory may be released based on demand. However, we cannot guarantee future availability, timing, or quantities at this stage.
At this time, all pre-ordered souvenirs are available for collection only on the event date. Alternative collection arrangements and home delivery are not available.
